About the Role:
As a Marketing Specialist with a focus on Social Media, you'll be the driving force behind our online presence, crafting compelling narratives and engaging content across various social media platforms. Your role is crucial in building brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving the success of our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more.
- Create captivating, shareable content tailored to each platform and our target audiences, including posts, graphics, videos, and blogs.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend actions/ideas for content development.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content using tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts and to amplify key messages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Experience in content creation and excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
